Your first class is complimentary. No appointment needed—just show up early for the right class.
Pick the section below that matches who is training. Arrive a few minutes early so staff can help with check-in and the waiver if needed.
Ages 4–5 (Littles)
Show up a few minutes early for the Littles class.
- When: 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
- Wear: Shorts and a tee
- Bring: Water bottle
Ages 6–12 (Kids)
Show up a few minutes early for the 5:00 PM kids class.
- When: 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
- Format: Monday & Wednesday are Gi days. Tuesday & Thursday are No Gi.
- Wear: Comfortable athletic clothes (Gi on Monday & Wednesday if you have one)
- Bring: Water bottle
Teens & adults (new to BJJ)
Start with our 30-day Introduction to Jiu Jitsu program—designed for students who are new to the sport. Your first visit is on us.
- When: 7:00 PM, Tuesday & Thursday
- Wear: Comfortable athletic clothes (Gi optional for intro—ask staff if unsure)
- Bring: Water bottle
Teens & adults (trained before)
Already training elsewhere or returning after time off? Drop in to any adult class on the schedule—your first visit is still complimentary.
- When: See schedule, Monday through Friday — any adult class (Gi, No Gi, kickboxing, etc.)
- Wear: Gi or No Gi kit appropriate to the class you pick (ask staff if unsure)
- Bring: Water bottle
Before you step on the mats
- Complete our online waiver in Wodify when you can—scan the QR on that page or at the front desk.
- Read our mat etiquette so you know what to expect on the floor.
- Confirm times on the weekly schedule—we're closed Saturday and Sunday.
